1. Return Policy
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Handmade items may have slight variations, which are not considered defects but rather a unique feature of each piece.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Fragile items (pottery or glass) if used or installed.
- Discounted or sale items unless they arrived damaged.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (wrong or damaged item).
